Default forms with active controls

I designed a form, added option buttons, protected it and then closed it. On
re-opening the same file, all of it was protected and I wasn't able to test
the form if it works. Help!

Option buttons are ActiveX controls. They aren't compatible with a protected
form (which should contain form fields).
