spell check not recognizing word in custom dictionary
I have added a word to the custom dictionary. I see it there. Whenever I
type it, Word suggests a different spelling. I've gone into the custom dictionary, deleted the word and added it again. It still is not recognized. Help! |

You may have the option to "Suggest from main dictionary only" checked
in the spelling options -- clear that checkmark. But there would not be any "suggestions" at all if Word did not consider the
word misspelled, which it should not if the word is in the custom dictionary. If the dictionary were not loaded (its check box checked), then I would expect this behavior. -- Suzanne S.
