Address Block - Word 2007
I have an address block in Word 2007 that displays a contact name in the
format [First Name] [Last Name] and [Spouse First Name] [Spouse Last Name]. The merge data source is a text file (comma separated values that gets parsed correctly) and the fields are all mapped correctly. It works fine if there is a spouse name entered; however, if the spouse name is blank it displays [Last Name] Family. This is not the behavior when this same document is used in pre-2007 versions of Word. Has anyone else experienced this and is it a documented Word 07 bug with any timeframe on correcting? Jack |
