Thumbs up Answer: Print 2 half-sheet mail merge docs on one sheet of paper

Yes, there is a way to print two half-page mail merge documents on one sheet of paper. Here are the steps to follow:
  1. Open your mail merge document in Microsoft Word.
  2. Click on the "Mailings" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Finish & Merge" and select "Print Documents" from the drop-down menu.
  4. In the "Print" dialog box, select your printer and click on the "Properties" button.
  5. In the printer properties dialog box, look for an option called "Pages per Sheet" or "Multiple Pages" and select "2 Pages per Sheet".
  6. Click "OK" to close the printer properties dialog box.
  7. In the "Print" dialog box, click on the "Zoom" button.
  8. In the "Zoom" dialog box, select "2 Pages per Sheet" from the "Pages per sheet" drop-down menu.
  9. Click "OK" to close the "Zoom" dialog box.
  10. Click "Print" to print your document.

This should print two half-page mail merge documents on one sheet of paper. If the "Zoom" option is grayed out, try changing the "Pages" option in the "Page Setup" dialog box to "Normal" before going to the "Print" dialog box. This should make the "Zoom" option available.
