Default How do I print a booklet using multiple Word files?

Using MS Office 2003 (MS Word), I need to print a booklet with information
from about 30 different Word files. Is there a way to pull the text from
those 30 files into one booklet for printing? ..copy and paste, I guess, but
I am looking for a more sophisticated and funtional way.

Thanks.

If the information in the other files is indicated by bookmarks, then you
can do one of these in the booklet document for each extract:

- Go to Insert File. Select the file. Click the Range button and type the
name of the bookmark into the popup. Then either (a) click Insert to insert
the contents of the bookmark as text in the booklet document, or (b) click
the down arrow next to the Insert button and select Insert As Link to create
an INCLUDETEXT field that refers to the bookmark.

-OR-

- In the booklet document, press Ctrl+F9 to insert a pair of field braces.
Between them, type the word INCLUDETEXT, a space, the full path and filename
of the file (type each backslash twice, and include double quotes around the
whole thing if there are any spaces in it), another space, and the name of
the bookmark. For example:

{ INCLUDETEXT "C:\\My Docs\\File2.doc" bkmk3 }

Then press F9 to update the field.

The advantage of the field (from either method) over the plain text insert
is that if anything changes in the source documents, all you have to do in
the booklet is select all (Ctrl+A) and update fields (F9) to pull in the
latest text.
