How to set print layout view in Word as the default view?

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/SaveViewAndZoom.htm, but note that
this doesn't work as well under SDI (Word 2000 and above) as under MDI (Word
97 and earlier). Sometimes an AutoNew/AutoOpen macro is required to bend
Word to your will.
