Default How do I remove a sentence recurring in all new word docs i open?

I have somehow saved a word document as my default global new document
template. Everytime I open a new word document a sentence appears in the new
doc. (the same sentence). Help?

Rename normal.dot or open it, delete the text and save it. For more
