Hello. I am using MS Word 2003/SP2. Some online templates will not download.
I get a file conversion box when I click the download button. I have done all
of the updates available. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi honashagen

If you're seeing a file conversion box, then it's likely that the file
you're trying to download is not a Word template. Perhaps it's a template
designed for Excel or PowerPoint or Publisher or some other Office
application.

If you start here
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...323741033.aspx you'll only
find Word templates.
