Lines to type on, in template....
I once use to know how it was done, but its been too long ago..
I have a template in word, and I need a textbox in order to type a paragraph or so. It may not be always the same length. I cant remember how it is done, I do remember that a frame was used first and then I inserted the lines with the underscore.. can you help me? The important thing is , I really like to have the lines visible...Please any assistane is appreciated. Bill |

Lines to type on, in template....
The only practical way to do this, allowing the typing to wrap naturally, is
with drawing lines. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/LinesInForms.htm With drawing lines, however, you will have a set number regardless of the length of the text. If you want the lines to match the text, then perhaps you want to just format the text as underlined? -- Suzanne S.
