Default To unhighlight a yellow highlighter

Hi,
I got a document where there are two bullets. Between each of the bullets
and the corresponding texts, there are yellow highlighter. I need to get rid
of this yellow highlighter. How do I go about doing this? Any idea? Thanks in
advance.

Try selecting a large block of text that includes the highlighted portion
and apply Highlight: None.
