Default Form Field Names vs. Field Info

If I print preview or print my form, I all see is the field name instead of
blanks?? I have tried Alt+F9. How do I suppress the field names???

Also, has anyone ever used a ref to populate a header??

thanks!!!

On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the Print tab. Clear the
"Field codes" option, and click OK.
