Default Needed -back arrow to return to TOC when editing (was in v.2000)

In MS Office 2000 - Word, there were forward and back arrows on the toolbar
for working with the table of contents, etc. These arrows would take you to
the last position in the text that you were at. Does anyone know how to set
this up in MS Office 2003 - Word?
Thank you for your help.

Word 2003 also has a GoToTOC command that you can add to a toolbar.
