Default Contact folders in outlook 2003

I have some empty contact folders in outlook 2003, when I go to "Forward" or
"To" to get their email address I have a lot of empty folders to scroll down
to get to the live folders. I have not been able to figure out how to delete
the empty ones. I would appreciate help on this as I have not been able to
figure it out.

Thanks

Try asking in an Outlook newsgroup, not a Word one.
