Some printers are simply poor at handling labels - if the labels print
correctly on plain paper, the problem lies with the printer.

The wierd thing is when I use the letters / lables option instead of mail
merge the lables print fine, although this does not help me as I am trying to
do a mail merge from Excell

Very odd - there is essentially no difference between the two processes. See
of http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm helps.
