I am new to this, I would like to type a small newspaper but don't know how
to type on the back of a page

Technically you can't. What you can do, if you have the equipment that's
capable, is to print your document double-sided.

In Word you just create consecutive pages. It's your printer that determines
how you print the resulting document.
