Default incorrect function when saving to drive e

I am trying to save a file to save onto a CD disk. It comes up with incorrect
function and then the next window says to please contact administrator, i do
not have access to drive e, i would appreciate any help.

Save to the hard drive and copy to the CD using your CD writing software.
