Default Reference Bookmarks in embeded object files

I have created a master document template that contains other embedded Word
files. How do I reference bookmarks that are contained in other imbedded
files? I am a real estate broker and have created this master file where
agents can chose to open a template containing the listing contract. On the
first page is a series of field forms into which data such as address and
sellers name is entered. Each has a unique bookmark.

Also on the master page are other documents such the Lead Paint Disclosure
Form. I have not found a way to populate these secondary forms with the data
contained in the bookmarks in the Listing form.

My purpose is to have only one file that contains all of the documents that
an agent needs to complete a listing transaction

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
