I have installed the add-in, but for some reason I now have two redaction
toolbars that show up in the toolbar list. One of them seems to work, but the
other is useless (clicking on any of the buttons doesn't do anything). Is
there any way to get rid of the useless toolbar?

Hi Jen
I had the same problem except I had 3 or 4 redactions listed on the right
click menue bar: if that is what you have this should work. If not you may be
able to work out how to get rid of the offending toolbar from this link.

No, mine are actually on the View -- Toolbars menu, but I'll take a look at
the link and see if there's anything there that might help me figure it out.
