Default red words

I am trying to type in a new document and about half way through my letters
changed to red and underlined. Now everytime I type anything it's red and
underlined.....ANNOYING!! I have tried to undo, delete, change the font
color, etc....nothing gets me to plain text again!!!!
HELP........................

You have track changes turned on. Which version of Word are you using?

You have track changes turned on. Which version of Word are you using?

Turn off Track Changes by pressing Ctrl-Alt-E (that's probably how it
got turned on).

Go to the Reviewing Toolbar or the Review tab on the Ribbon and locate
the "Accept Change" icon. Next to it is a tiny arrow -- click on that,
and choose "Accept All Changes."
