Default Dates and Company Names

When typing date (i.e. Saturday, January 31, 2009) or a company's name (i.e.
Anycompany Ontario, Limited) or numbers how do I ensure that the date or the
company name remains on the same line of a paragraph?

PJ,

To ensure that words stay together use a non-breaking space, which is
inserted by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Space instead of just Space.
