Default Track changes formatting: several possibilities??

Hello,

In track changes Markup options, we have the possibility to choose in the
drop-down lists how to highlight insertions, deletions, formatting changes,
etc.... the choice is mutually exclusive. I would like to apply for
intertions for example a bold and italic markup. Is it possible??

If not by standard word options, maybe by programming?
Thanks

You can only choose among the listed options, I'm afraid.
