Default where to find the automatic saving (every 10 min) of the doc file

I am been writting on a manuscript from 2AM. I just made a stupid mistake and
lost the text (word). When I go to options in word, it says that I have
automatic saving of my text every 10 min. I cannot find it.
Where to go?
Thanks for your help
