You can use the Symbol dialog box (Insert tab | Symbol | More Symbols if you
are using Word 2007) to insert arrows in the text. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Selpicky" wrote in message ... I mean the vertical ones, to indicate climb and descend. Any of you know? |

In the Insert | Symbol dialog, with "(normal text)" selected, scroll down to
the Arrows character subset. There you will find arrows for every direction. If these are insufficient, there are (many) more arrows in the Wingdings 3 font. -- Suzanne S.
