Stop SpellCheck on per document basis?
Yes, in two ways:
1. You can check the box for "Hide spelling/grammatical errors in this document." This is a per-document setting. It will suppress the "Check spelling/grammar as you type" wavy underlines but still permit you to check the spelling or grammar manually. 2. You can select all the text in the document, go to Tools | Language | Set Language, and check the box for "Do not check spelling or grammar." This will disable the spelling/grammar check entirely by formatting the text as "(no proofing)." You can also do this on a selective basis by doing this for selected text or by defining a character style with this property that you can apply to selected text. -- Suzanne S.
