How do I get my Word Formula to not underline the right parenthesi
I have set up sum above formulas for my Word tables. But some total results
may be negative numbers ($1,000,000). How can I get the underline or double underline to not underline the right parenthesis? |

How do I get my Word Formula to not underline the right parenthesi
Hi JoAnn,
If you select the formula field and press Shift-F9 to expose the field coding, you'll probably see a picture switch at the end of the field, looking like '\# $0,000;($0,000)' to clear the underlining, simply select the affected parentheses and reformat it without the underlining. Then press F9 to update the field. Cheers -- macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] "JoAnn" wrote in message ... I have set up sum above formulas for my Word tables.
