Even though I have Acrobat 8.1 installed, when trying to open pdf files in
Word 03 I'm getting the conversion files. It will open on my old computer (XP). I'm running Vista in the new one. Is that the problem and how do I solve it? -- DKK |

Hi D.K.K.,
Word doesn't include a capability of its own to open PDF files. You can use Insert=Object to display the first page of a PDF document in Word as a graphic, but conversion requires an outside product. =============== "DKK" wrote in message ...
