Befo Name Age John 20 Paul 15 Sharon 19 Simon 25 After: Name Age J----------------------- John 20 P----------------------- Paul 15 S---------------------- Sharon 19 Simon 25 I saw this in some site, but I don't remember. Thanks for the attention. |

Catalog with Classification
That's a bit like a "multiple items per condition (=key field)"
mailmerge which Word does not really have the ability to do. I would use an Access report to do it. However, see the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP Cindy Meister's website at http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindy...faq1.htm#DBPic Or take a look at the following Knowledge Base Article http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;211303 -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Anderflash" wrote in message ...
