Default changed font color from "red" to black, tried to re-type and it t.

I am working on an edited document that was sent with corrections in red font
color; I tried to change the font color to black, but when I re-type anywhere
in the document it is in blue font. I need urgent help the document is due
tomorrow. "Thanks"

The red corrections are because they were made with Track Changes. Track
Changes is still on, so your edits are coming out in blue to signify they
are a different set of corrections.

How to turn Track Changes off depends on your version, which you didn't
state, but this page will help you.
