Default Newsletter Query

I have just downloaded a newsletter template. Everything works well; however
I cannot change the "Newsletter Title" at the top of each page. Any ideas?

Try double-clicking the text to see if it is a header.
If this doesn't work, please specify which template you have downloaded.
