how do i cc a recipient into a mail merge email document?
Hi ?B?TGlsYUg=?=,
i'm trying to send an email mail merge and need to cc a recipient as well as send the message to the 'to' recipient. How do i do this? The Word mailmerge to email functionality does not include this possibility. You'd either need to process the emails in your email program before sending them, or mailmerge to a new document, then process each result. Doug Robbins has posted a macro solution for adding attachments to emails. This could be adapted to add "CC", as well, I imagine. You'll find his suggestion on the word.mvps.org website.
