Default How copy row cells of one table to another?

If I have 2 tables with the same number of columns, how do I copy a series of
rows from the middle of one table into the middle of another table
e.g. assuming 2 tables t1 and t2:

t1 r1
t1 r2
t1 r3
t1 r4

t2 r1
t2 r2
t2 r3
t2 r4

I need to end up with

t2 r1
t2 r2
t1 r2
t1 r3
t2 r3
t2 r4
