[desgnr]

When i pick INSERT,picture from scanner, it takes forever the box to pop up.
It used to pop up instantly.
How can i fix this ?

Have you upgraded Word/Office since the scanner was first installed?

No.
After it finally loads the page,the next scan comes up instantly.
Its only the first scan of the day.

Try staring Word in Safe Mode and see if it is still the same. From Start,
Run, type in

winword /a

and press enter. This will start Word in its default install mode. Does the
scanner still take a long time to pop up?
