Default Preadsheet with formulas

How do I export the excel spreadsheet to the word document, for example 3
columns and 3 rows with formulas on them?

You could just copy and paste the Excel range. This will insert it as
a table, but the formula results will be static.

If you need "live" formulas, do the following: Select the range in
Excel, copy it. In Word, choose Edit | Paste Special. Choose to paste
as "Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object" and click OK.
