I have several conditional formats in an Excell document and would like for
those format (colors) to follow into the Word document when I merge. Is that
possible and how? Thanks!

If you mean mail merge - then no, you will have to format in the merge
document. If you mean inserting an excel table then linking the table will
retain the table format.
