Mail merge Office 2003 - how do you print your data source list?
I am just getting used to using mail merge with Office 2003. The only thing
is that I have been unable to find out how you can print out your data list as you could with Office 2000. When I send a mailing I have to print out copies of all the letters to know who I have sent it to - there MUST be a way of printing a list. Regards Lynda Anne M. |

Mail merge Office 2003 - how do you print your data source list?
The simplest way is probably to create a directory (catalog) type merge
using the same data source as the one you used for the merge. Peter Jamieson "Lynda Anne M." Lynda Anne wrote in message ... I am just getting used to using mail merge with Office 2003.
