Default Inserting Section Breaks after Each Page

Will this techniqie prevent the dreaded "UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCE" of styles
from effecting the whole 300 page document again?

No, it won't. Sections have nothing to do with that. See

You could do that, if you have nothing better to do with your time.

It seems to me it would be more efficient to apply the process only to
styles that cause the problem. If you make a formatting change and the
whole document changes, first click the Undo button (or Ctrl+Z) to
remove the formatting, and then go into the style dialog and turn off
the automatic update option. Initially you may find a few styles, or
many styles, that need the treatment. Eventually there won't be any
left.

Yes Sir;
Based on the complexity of the document, it appears that turning them all
off would end the problem, completely.
Thanks
