You can use EditReplace. Specify ^l for the search string and ^p
for the replacement string and click Replace All.

Hi,
At the end of the paragraph we press ENTER.
Sometimes we press: Shift+Enter . The result will be full

justification of
the last line of the paragraph.

Can I replace the Shift+Enter with the Enter for a whole

document.
The perosn who typed it pressed Shift+Enter instead of Enter.

Can any one help

Yes. Enter creates a paragraph mark. Shift-enter creates a manual line
break. Go to Edit | Replace, click on More, and look at the Special menu.
You will see that you can put a manual line break in Find and Replace it
with a paragraph mark.

Hi Khalil,

Or go to "Tools Options Compatibility" and check "Don't expand =
character=20
spaces on the line ending in Shift + Return".

Regards,
Klaus
