Default How do you put the names in alphabetical order?

If the names are last name first and each name is in its own paragraph, you
can select the text (which doesn't have to be in a table) and use Table |
Sort. If the names are first name first but no name has more than two
components, you can still sort on Word 2. Beyond that you're getting into a
more complex operation.
