How do I migrate existing word 2003 documents to word 2007?

Office 2007 features
Do you want to migrate them to the new file formats or just open them in
2007. Opening in 2007 just requires you to open them (Office button menu, Open). Thanks. I wasn't able to open or migrate. I use Norton Internet Protection
2006 and I discovered it's Anti-Virus conflicts with Office 2007's virus scan feature. The Office scan feature in Norton has to be disabled before MO2007 will open documents from any previous version. Tried it last night and have had no problems since.
