Adding a Signature in Word
In this "age of technology" you need to be more specific
 Are you talkingabout a personal "hand-written" signature or a *Digital* signature for security purposes? Assuming a personal signature you can scan a hard copy to create an image file. Insert a copy of the image into a doc then save it as either an AutoCorrect or AutoText [2003 or prior] item so you can easily call it into any doc at any time. You can also include it in a letterhead template if you have/make one. Note: In 2007 the object would be saved as a Quick Parts/Building Block object.
