I would like to know how I can type specific words and use special

Perhaps the first entry in your dictionary should be 'special

This work is a professional one.
You should know things about Macros and how to write VB codes. In that case, you can put a textbox in you document and write some codes to find the word which is written in the textbox and then print that page. Javad "parent5446" wrote in message ...
