tell me how to send e-mail messages i can hardly write them so i figure after
all the trouble the least u could do is make it easy to click a send tab and
display a message has been sent

There is an e-mail button on the standard toolbar and duplicated in the file
menu. The mail functions including records are kept in your e-mail
application.
