Default Merge Print Label Again

I merge print the label sheet in A4 1x16 labels from a Excel file contains
rows of data. I intend to merge the fields in rows in each label in
individual Team in the seperate sheets as following :

The Excel file :

Name Address Tel Team
ABC House1 1234 A
BCD House2 2345 B
CDE House3 3456 C
DEF House4 4567 B
EFG House5 5678 A
FGH House6 6789 C

The label :

Name: ABC
Add: House1
Tel: 1234
Team: A

However, while the data in the Excel file excess 50 rows of data or over 10
teams, the merge print cannot work and return the error message saying that
the blank data is found. How to fix it ?

You haven't indicated how you are selecting the labels to merge, but a label
merge has no way of collating the team members to different sheets. The
simplest way is to merge each team separately.

I first use auto filter to sort the data in Team in the Excel file, for
example, A, and then in the merge query of Word, select value = A. If the
data A in the Excel fiel excess 50th row, the data was found missed in the
merge label. If the Team data locate in the rows over 50th row, it return
blank data found.

My MS office is Offic 2000.

Thanks,

Are you perhaps specifying a named range when you connect to the data? Does
that range need to be extended?
