i have been having problems typing just recently. While typing recently it
will be going then all the sudden it will jump back up and start typing in
the middle of the document. when back spacing will go slow the a little
fast slow again. mocrosoft isn't easy to get ahold of.

If on a laptop, the problem is the sensitivity setting of your touch pad.
