excel formula table into word
How do I transfer an excel table into word and not lose the formulas? The
formuals contain simple math (multiplication). |

Do you mean that you want the Word document to display, for example = 2 + 2, instead of 4? If so, in Excel, do Tools Options. On the View tab, tick Formulas. You may have to adjust the column widths to enable the formulas to be seen properly. Now, select the range that you want to copy. Hold down Shift, and click Edit Copy Picture. Choose "As shown when printed". Now, in Word, choose Edit Paste Special and paste as a picture. If this isn't what you need, experiment with the various combinations of copying from Excel and Edit Paste Special till you get what you need. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly.
