Space inbetween Tables
I am using Shauna Kelly's method of heading an appendix. I have 5 Tables at
the beginning of the document, one TOC, two Tables of Figures (ToF) (one for Main body and the other for Appendix), and two Table of Tables (ToT) (Same as table of figures). When I update the 2 ToF's or ToT's, Word automatically inserts a carraige return inbetween the two fields. I have tried to insert the table fields on the same line, or on consecutive lines, and both ways a blank space is placed between, and always appreas when updating. Is there a way to pull both the Figure and the Figure_Apx information in the same Table of Figures Field, or a way to remove that space permanently? Thanks for any help. -- ********************* J Streger MS Office Master 2000 ed. MS Project White Belt 2003 |
