Default docking the find and replace toolbar in Word 2002

Is there a way to "dock" the "find and replace" dialog box which pops up when
running a Find and/or Replace function?

I would like to keep this on the screen, but attached to say the right hand
side, like the New Document task pane.

No, you can move it anywhere you want on the screen but not "dock" it. You
can repeat a Find using the "browse arrows" at the bottom of the vertical
scroll bar, but this is not helpful if you're replacing (unless Replace was
your last action, in which case you can use F4 to Repeat).
