Default How do I split the box on Word 2003 calendar so it holds 2 dates?

I am changing the 2008 calendar to be 2009 and I can't figure out how to make
a line split the box so I can have 2 dates in one box, example: March 24 and
March 31 are both on Tuesday. How do I get the box to 'split'??

Calendars are (almost always) created in tables. So forget for the moment
that you're dealing with a calendar, and think in terms of working with a
table.

Put the cursor in the cell and click Table Split Cells. (In Word 2007, on
the Table Tools Layout ribbon, click the Split Cells button.) In the
dialog that pops up, choose 1 column and 2 rows. Click OK. That will split
the selected cell into two cells, each half as high as the original cell.

It isn't possible to split a cell in Word diagonally in half. It is possible
to use the Borders dialog to make a diagonal border line appear through the
middle of the cell, but it's still only one cell; you would have to use line
spacing and a tab to get the second date into the "other half" of the cell.
