Default Bullets and numbering in email

Why when i forward or resend an email in outlook that contains numbering or
bullets do the numbers and bullets not align on the left, (the orignal email
is fine) Instead they gradually indent further across the page so that the
appearance of the email is barely legible. I have to correct this by going
into each line and taking the bullet/ number back to the left alignment.

You probably have an option set in your e-mail application to indent the
messages. eg in Outlook tools options e-mail options on replies and
forwards see what options you have set.

Already checked this and the setting is just to include original message
with text nothing to suggest indenting

Try asking the question in a group related to your email software?
