Bullets and numbering in email
Why when i forward or resend an email in outlook that contains numbering or
bullets do the numbers and bullets not align on the left, (the orignal email is fine) Instead they gradually indent further across the page so that the appearance of the email is barely legible. I have to correct this by going into each line and taking the bullet/ number back to the left alignment. Joe |

You probably have an option set in your e-mail application to indent the
messages. eg in Outlook tools options e-mail options on replies and forwards see what options you have set. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org joe wrote: Why when i forward or resend an email in outlook that contains numbering or bullets do the numbers and bullets not align on the left, (the orignal email is fine) Instead they gradually indent further across the page so that the appearance of the email is barely legible. Already checked this and the setting is just to include original message with text nothing to suggest indenting "Graham Mayor" wrote: You probably have an option set in your e-mail application to indent the messages. eg in Outlook tools options e-mail options on replies and forwards see what options you have set.
