Default The accept all changes option does not appear in MS Word 2003 for.

When tracking changes to a document, the accept all changes option does not
appear in MS Word 2003 for Office 2003. The help system says it is there,
but it is not. Is there a setting that I am missing?

It should be on the dropdown menu (a little down pointing arrow) beside the
Accept button. Easily missed :-(

I, and a few other co-workers, looked again for the accept all button and it
is not there, as in previous versions of Word.

I did find an option under Tools, Customize, Tools, Commands to add the
Accept All option.

Thanks!

Although you can add the Accept All button, what Margaret was telling you
was that Accept All Changes in Document and Accept All Changes Shown are on
the menu you get when you click the arrow beside the Accept Change button on
the Reviewing toolbar.
